Disney Paint Program--All That Glitters!

We are is the midst of a room makeover!  I was recently blessed with the exciting opportunity to be a part of a program introducing a new line of Disney Paint by Glidden.  So our little girls' shared bedroom is the room of choice!

Disney paint is available only at Walmart, with 112 exclusive colors (with cute Disney names). There are five speciality finishes available as well, to add those special touches to your paint project that really make a it special.

The speciality finish we chose is "All That Glitters", to add some fun and sparkle to the room!

I let the girls pick the colors, bedding, even the furniture that we plan to swap out because it's their space in our home, and I want them to be part of the creative process enjoy it.

Love these colors for a girls' room!

I hope to use the Great Slate Chalkboard Paint too! Not sure where or when yet.

FYI: Because this is a brand new line of paint, you may need to search a little to find it.  I suggest you call your local Walmart to be sure they carry it first.

I found the paint in the "Do It Yourself" section of the store.

The glitter paint is subtle, but sure to add some sparkle.

For even more glitz, try the Speck-tacular Confetti TopCoat.

This Metallic Paint looks great too!

A few more things to note about Disney Paint:

  • Disney Paint is a premium-quality, ultra-durable paint that was formulated with your child in mind to withstand wear and tear, as well as repeated scrubs and washes. Scuffs, crayon and pencil marks, little finger prints, and tough stains, such as grape juice, wash off easily without removing the magical color.
  • Disney Paint is low odor and has no VOCs.
  • Disney Paint has a distinct collection of colors grouped into palettes designed to give your children options at every stage of style – from infant to tween. The diverse palettes make decorating with your child – no matter the age – easy and fun.
  • Some colors are designed to complement not only each other but also Walmart’s Disney bedding and Disney room accessories, such as furniture, toys and decor options, sold in store or online.

I can't wait to finish the room!  And I'll be sure to share my painting experience in using the "All That Glitters" topcoat.  So please check back!

Here's a little hint at my plan for the room makeover:

Or is that a big hint?
